This policy applies to Radiant Routine, the mobile application operated by IMPERIAL FRUIT & VEG LIMITED. IMPERIAL FRUIT & VEG LIMITED is referred to below as the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when it is downloaded and used. Registration is not required. When the Application uses an active internet connection, limited technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate connectivity, but it is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no collected personal data is shared with third parties.
Routine information, logs, app preferences, and locally saved settings remain on your device for as long as you keep them in the Application. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, that information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain records, or meet applicable legal requirements.
You can remove local Application data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by other means, you may request deletion by contacting amelia4radcliffe@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, but the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it holds.
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with an effective date. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting amelia4radcliffe@gmail.com.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
